Hydrographic Seminar Mackay
RegisterJoin us on Wednesday 13 November in Mackay for the Hydrographic Seminar, in collaboration with the Australasian Hydrographic Society.
A variety of topics will be covered at this CPD approved seminar. Richard Cullen (AHO) will be covering the changing HIPP momentum and growth path, and we’ll discover more about Port UKC Maintenance and Optimisation from Joshua Smith (NaMaSys/AHS) as well as NQBP Asset Monitoring - high-definition Breakwaters surveys by Brendan Elliot (Bathy P/L). David Crossman (IIC Technologies) will present on Education: Key To ‘Hydrography Of The Future’.Would you also like to know how ports such as NQBP use Digital Twins in Port Environments? Well, that’s on the list as well, and will be presented by Joe Culliver (Woolpert), Simon Nash (NQBP) and Riley Lucht (NQBP). Moving forward in the future of ship navigation systems and what hydrographic surveyors will provide for that, an S-100 Progress Update and Areas of Relevance to Ports Hydrographic Surveyors will be presented by Gabriela Balla (AHO). And, after all of this, the seminar culminates with the Don Wallace Memorial Lecture ‘Changing limits of the land-Sea Boundary’ by Karen Palmer.
Conclude the afternoon with colleagues and friends at Sails Sports Bar, supported by NaMaSys and Woolpert.
Come along to a own-cost networking dinner.
